Getting Started
Understanding Accessible Education
There is an introductory training available for all 小黄猫传媒 Employees in Workday Learning called, “Understanding Accessible Education.” Accessible Education & Disability Resources staff and student leaders have worked together to create content for 小黄猫传媒. This content is focused on recognizing disability as a valued aspect of diversity, embracing access as a matter of social justice, and promoting universal design and inclusive environments for both students and employees. Equal access and belonging are a shared responsibility. All 小黄猫传媒 employees who have not completed this training as part of onboarding are encouraged to complete the training, which can be found in Workday Learning.

Content Creators

Service Animals
Our service animal policy ensures that students, employees, and guests who have service animals can participate in and benefit from 小黄猫传媒 services, programs, and activities. It also ensures that 小黄猫传媒 does not discriminate on the basis of disability as identified in Titles I and II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act or state anti-discrimination laws. Privacy Rights for Students with Disabilities: FERPA
The confidentiality and privacy rights for students with disabilities falls under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, also known as FERPA. It is important for faculty to understand their responsibility related to confidentiality.

We work together to coordinate academic adjustments, but also to build collaborations and increase awareness of what is working well across locations and delivery modalities. Accessible Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides using Grackle
Grackle is an accessibility checker for G-Suite. It is available for the Chrome browser and 小黄猫传媒 has a site wide license. There is no cost to you to use it, and it has been approved by IT. You should be able to simply .
