Lynne Adams
Lynne Adams studied at the聽Massachusetts聽College of Art (Boston), Clark University (Worcester, MA) and the Vermont Studio School, where she was a student聽of Wolf Kahn, whose influence may be felt in the texture and subtle yellow/violet tones of her work. Adams is a regional artist in love with the landscape of the Massachusetts Pioneer Valley where she is represented by聽Nash Gallery (Easthampton), Renjeau Galleries (Natick and Concord),聽T. Benjamin Fiske Fine Art, (Milton),聽Arts Unlimited (South Hadley) and the聽Museum of Fine Arts Sales and Rental Gallery, (Springfield).
Lynne Adams writes: “My best work is when the paintings feel … as if nature had created the painting itself with very little assistance from me.”
