When I try to access some portions of MyС»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½ (mail/calendar, grades/transcripts, etc) I am asked for a PIN. What is that?

If you are using MyС»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½ and are asked for a PIN, you have encountered a bug in the MyС»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½ software (С»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½ does not use PIN’s). Log out of MyС»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½, wait a minute or two and log back in. You should now be able to access the various portions of MyС»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½ without getting this error. If you try logging out and back in three times without the problem going away, contact the С»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½ HelpDesk at 971-722-4400.
