When I try to access some portions of MyСèý (mail/calendar, grades/transcripts, etc) I get an error message “cpip notification:unable to create external user id”. What is that?

If you are using MyСèý and get this error message, you may have encountered a bug in the MyСèý software. Log out of MyСèý, wait a minute or two and log back in. You should now be able to access the various portions of MyСèý without getting this error. If you try logging out and back in three times without the problem going away, contact the Сèý HelpDesk at 971-722-4400.
