Course Description
By the end of the session, attendees will be better able to: • Identify, manage and collaborate with project stakeholders • Analyze risk associated with healthcare-oriented projects such as patient care, logistics, compliance, and cost reduction • Translate project goals into work, suitable for tracking with project management software • Proactively identify a project’s critical path and other management challenges • Report project progress using meaningful metrics • Choose appropriate tools from the project management toolbox
