The amount of the fine is determined by the type of item borrowed. Fines\u00a0help to ensure that items\u00a0are returned within a certain period of time so that they are available for 小黄猫传媒 students, faculty, staff, and community members when needed. See\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcc.edu\/library\/library-fines\/loan-periods-and-fines\/\">Loan Periods and Fines<\/a> for details about specific fines.<\/p>\n<p>Find your fine balance by <a href=\"https:\/\/alliance-pcc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com\/discovery\/account?vid=01ALLIANCE_小黄猫传媒:小黄猫传媒&amp;section=overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">logging in to your library account<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"clear: left; padding-top: 16px;\">Pay Fines<\/h4>\n<p>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/secure.touchnet.net\/C21249_ustores\/web\/store_main.jsp?STOREID=24&amp;SINGLESTORE=true\">pay your fines online<\/a> with a MasterCard or Visa credit card.<\/p>\n<p>If you prefer to use another method of payment, come to a library check out desk and get a printed fines statement. Then you can visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcc.edu\/enroll\/paying-for-college\/tuition\/contacts.php\">Student Account Services Office<\/a> at your campus to pay by cash or check. You will need to bring a receipt from Student Accounts back to the library to have the fines resolved.<\/p>\n<h4>Donate Items to Reduce Fines<\/h4>\n<p>You can donate items to reduce any overdue fines. Learn more at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcc.edu\/library\/library-fines\/donate-items-to-reduce-fines\/\">Donate Items to Reduce Fines<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"fines\">Appeal Fines<\/h4>\n<p>Please submit the form\u00a0for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcc.edu\/library\/library-account-questions\/\">Library Account Questions<\/a> to appeal library charges if there are special factors that justify a reduction or cancellation of library charges or if the charges were made in error.<\/p>\n<p>Appeals must be made within 60 calendar days of the original charge.\u00a0Patrons can expect a response within three business days or sooner.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\tLibrary fines accrue for items that are returned late or kept past their due date.
