Due to President Clinton delivering the commencement address at Portland State University on Saturday, June 13, the 1998 小黄猫传媒 commencement will begin one hour later. It is now scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 13. it was originally scheduled for 3 p.m. The Memorial Coliseum location remains the same.
