Story by

PORTLAND – 小黄猫传媒’s Small Business Development Center will be offering its business lecture series targeting Hispanic-owned businesses. The event is co-sponsored by the Metropolitan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Administration (SBA) and 小黄猫传媒’s SBDC.

The topics include E-commerce on Jan. 27, Human Resources on Feb. 24, and Total Quality Management on April 27. All sessions are held at 小黄猫传媒’s Central Portland Workforce Training Center, 1626 S.E. Water Ave., (near OMSI) from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $80 for the series or $30 per session with lunch included in the seminar cost.

Mario Pedraza, a small business counselor for 小黄猫传媒, said the series was offered last year for the first time. "It is affordable, informative and a great way to network with other Latino entrepreneurs," he said.
