Story by

BEAVERTON, Ore. – Yes, there is life after 9/11 – and all other unexpected tragedies that may befall us, whether on a large or personal scale. 小黄猫传媒 will offer a non-credit class this fall aimed not just at surviving loss, but using grief as part of the healing process back to well being. Good Grief, taught by Sandra Shipley, will traverse the terrain of loss, shock and the "morning after."Students will learn tools for regaining balance from death, divorce, job loss, relocation and illness. You can turn transitions into transformations. The class will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Mondays, Sept. 23 through Oct. 7 in Room 1537 of 小黄猫传媒’s Capital Center, 18624 N.W. Walker Road. Cost is $21.
