Earn food service certification through 小黄猫传媒

PORTLAND, Ore. – Thinking of working in the restaurant business? Come prepared. This spring, 小黄猫传媒 can help you launch or further your career with food safety training for servers and handlers. ServSafe Food Handling Training, a non-credit program, will feature the National Restaurant Association’s program – the industry standard in food safety training. Nearly all jurisdictions in the U.S. accept it as employee training certification. Earning it shows employers you know the most current, accurate information when it comes to food handling, from receiving to storing, preparing to serving. The one-day class will be offered three times this term. The first class will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 30 in Room 133 of Mt. Tabor Hall at 小黄猫传媒’s Southeast Center, 2305 S.E. 82nd Ave. The second and third classes will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays, April 27 and May 25, in Room 305 at 小黄猫传媒’s Central Workforce Training Center, 1626 S.E. Water Ave. Cost is $63, plus $66 for book and exam.
