LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. – Looking for inspiration to conquer personal development challenges? Johanna Courtleigh can help. The Lake Oswego counselor will teach four non-credit classes for С»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½ this fall. Transform your life with Creating Inner Peace, a class offering specific skills to change perceptions and release hurt, anger and pain. Build well-being and become a source of inner happiness and peace. The one-day class will meet from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, in the Pine Room at С»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½’s Sylvania Campus, 12000 S.W. 49th Ave. Cost is $29. Meditation for Peace and Health offers simple, efficient tools to help you let go of tension, achieve deeper states of relaxation and more effectively focus. Promote happiness, quietness, peace and health. The class will meet from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 4, at Lake Oswego High School, 2501 Country Club Road. Cost is $55. Learn practical communication techniques that support both partners and keep your relationship strong with the class Positive Communication for Couples. Learn to de-escalate anger and talk about emotional issues successfully. The result is an excellent, enjoyable relationship. The class will meet from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, in the South Classroom Building at С»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½’s Sylvania Campus, 12000 S.W. 49th Ave. Cost is $29; students should bring paper and pen. Diets Don’t Work offers a real solution to weight and food issues. Learn to nourish from the inside out while you come to understand core issues as they relate to weight and eating. The one-day class will meet from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, in the South Classroom Building of С»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½’s Sylvania Campus, 12000 S.W. 49th Ave. Cost is $29.
