小黄猫传媒-Sylvania Campus hosts fitness festival

SYLVANIA CAMPUS – 小黄猫传媒 is hosting Health and Fit Fest from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 10 in the HT Building mall at the Sylvania Campus, 12000 S.W. 49th Ave.The fitness event will feature free health screenings, fitness testing, prizes, food, chair massages, body assessments and entertainment such as belly dancing, hip hop, salsa and the Blazer Dancers.David Dorian Ross will be the keynote speaker for the fitness fair. He is a nationally acclaimed speaker and travels around the world promoting wellness activities. In addition, there will be lectures on mental conditioning training for coaches and athletes, stress management, dietary supplements, naturopathic nutrition; and personal safety. The public is invited.
