Governor hosts 'town hall' on school plan

PORTLAND, Ore. – Gov. Ted Kulongoski will take his education tour to С»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½ to discuss his proposal for a better, more stable way to pay for education pre-kindergarten through graduate school. The meeting, in which the public is invited, is set for Wednesday, July 20, 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the College Center Building, Fir Room (adjacent to the cafeteria), on С»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½’s Sylvania Campus, 12000 S.W. 49th Ave. The governor will describe his proposal and then solicit feedback from the community.
