PORTLAND, Ore. – 小黄猫传媒 is helping Hurricane Katrina evacuees adjust to their new life following the disasters.For residents of the Gulf Coast region, 小黄猫传媒 is offering free tuition and fees for fall term. Qualifying individuals must provide proof of residency from the affected areas.
