Students learn to manage pain with hypnosis

Story by

PORTLAND, Ore. – No one should have to learn to live with pain, especially when there are alternative treatments available. 小黄猫传媒, along with certified hypnotherapist Diane Uliscni, will explore hypnosis as a treatment of pain in a three-week non-credit class. Class will discuss, and demonstrate, hypnosis and how to use it to effectively manage pain.

Hypnosis for Healing and Pain Management teaches techniques that manage pain without medication. Students will learn hypnotherapy techniques that promote healing.

The class will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays, Feb. 28 through March 14, in Room 204 at Riverdale High School, 9727 S.W. Terwilliger Blvd. Cost is $45. For more information, call the 小黄猫传媒 Community Education office at 503-731-6622.
