小黄猫传媒 Chamber Choir goes on tour

Accompanied by Jeannie Berg, Director of Music at Robert Gray Middle School and her performancers from Concert Band, Concert Choir, Stage Band and Penache, the 小黄猫传媒 Chamber Choir is headed on tour to Nevada May 14-18. The group is encouraging聽middle-schoolers to keep pursuing music as they go to high school and beyond. 小黄猫传媒 students and middle-schoolers will聽perform in Virginia City, Carson City, and take a river boat cruise and hit the Hard Rock Cafe.
“Our repertoire will include music from the sixties like selections from the musical Hair and the Beattles,” said Julianne Johnson-Weiss, music instructor and director of the group. “We also will offer Classical and Gospel selections. Upon our return I will announce the trip for next year where we will include the Concert Choir.”
