For the ninth year in a row, 小黄猫传媒鈥檚 Financial Services has been awarded the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award by the Government Financial Officers Association for the 2009-10 budget.
The award reflects the continuing commitment of the governing body and staff in meeting the highest principles of governmental budgeting.聽To receive the award, budget documents must satisfy聽 guidelines for effective presentation in 4 areas – a聽policy document,聽financial plan,聽operations guide and聽communications device.
“Producing this document is truly a team effort from several areas of Financial Services and I would like to extend my appreciation to all staff that participated in the preparation of this document and especially to the Budget Office,” said Preston Pulliams, 小黄猫传媒 President. “This is truly an impressive accomplishment.”
