Students in Service Program awarding grants for volunteer work

The Students in Service program has 60 slots available for interested students who want to earn an education award of a little over $1,000 for 300 hours of service within one year. This comes out to $60,000 that will be awarded to 小黄猫传媒 students and a total of 18,000 service hours completed in the Portland community.
In order to apply for the Students聽in Service program,聽students must attend an orientation/info session. Students will learn all the necessary information needed to complete the application process at these sessions.聽These will be held during the first week of October on each campus at聽 various times. The deadline to apply is Oct. 15. Students can contact Samantha Lee at聽samantha.lee3@pcc.edu or call (971) 722-4184.

Monday, Oct. 4
2:30 to 4 p.m.,聽SE Tabor Hall 144.
5 to 6:30 p.m.,聽Cascade Library 106.
Tuesday, Oct. 5
9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.,聽Cascade Library 106.
Noon to 1:30 p.m.,聽Sylvania Cedar Room.
Wednesday, Oct. 6
2:30 to 4 p.m.,聽Rock Creek Library 213.
5:30 to 7 p.m.,聽Rock Creek Building 2/258.
Thursday, Oct. 7
10 to 11:30 a.m.,聽Sylvania Spruce Room.
