Blog: Town hall slated for Washington County lawmakers

For those of you living in Washington County, a town hall meeting has been scheduled for Sen. and Reps. and .
The event is set for 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, in the downstairs auditorium of the Beaverton Library, 12375 S.W. Fifth Ave., Beaverton.
I can鈥檛 stress enough how good these events are. Free of charge, you can go and bring up any topic you want. Whatever concerns are driving you, this type of event lets you speak directly to your elected officials. This is the kind of access that people in other parts of the world can only dream of.
