Thanks to the newly wired state Capitol, it now is possible to watch hearings online.
Rep. Michael Dembrow, Democrat of Portland, is co-sponsor of a bill, Senate Bill 742, which would allow the children of undocumented immigrants from gaining in-state tuition to Oregon colleges and universities. His co-sponsors are Sen. Frank Morse and David Nelson, both Republicans.
