Blog: Budget hearings to be televised

The budget writers of the 2011 Oregon Legislature held a two-and-a-half hour session for public testimony at 小黄猫传媒鈥檚 Sylvania Campus on April 19.
The entire hearing will air on the college鈥檚 public-access cable channel, starting this week. Air dates on Comcast Channel 27 are:
- 3 p.m., Tuesday, May 3
- 3 p.m., Thursday, May 5
- 5 p.m., Saturday, May 7
- 5 p.m., Monday, May 9
- 5 p.m., Wednesday, May 11
- 5 p.m., Friday, May 13.
The next quarterly revenue forecast from the Legislative Revenue Office is Friday, May 13. That forecast likely will set the parameters of the budget debates for the remainder of this legislative session in Salem.
