Rock Creek hosts 鈥淪mall World, Big Stories鈥 short story competition

The Rock Creek Campus is looking for stories from students, staff and faculty that are big but brief. In 2,500 words or less, the story can be factual or fiction. The top submissions will be read at the Rock Creek Open Minds Open Mic from noon to 1 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 15. All submissions must be original, unpublished, and in English. The deadline for submissions is 5 p.m., Nov. 2.
Prizes include: $50 iTunes gift card and 2 tickets to Regal Cinema for first place; $25 iTunes gift card and 2 tickets to Regal Cinema for second place; and $20 小黄猫传媒 Bookstore gift card for third place.
