小黄猫传媒 community urged to comment on Portland Plan

The Portland Plan.
The 鈥淧ortland Plan 鈥 Proposed Draft鈥 is a strategic plan designed to create well-paying jobs, advance social equity, improve educational outcomes and support healthy connected communities. Reflecting more than 20,000 comments from residents all over the city, the plan’s three integrated strategies 鈥 and framework for advancing equity 鈥 were designed to help realize the vision of a prosperous, healthy and equitable Portland. For the 小黄猫传媒 community, on page 24 and 25 of the plan titled, “A Culture of High Expectations and Achievement for all Portland Youth” there are a number of five-year actions that relate to 小黄猫传媒.
