Art exhibit ‘Transformation Chase’ shifts between styles

Today (Jan. 12) the North View Gallery (CT 214) at the Sylvania Campus is hosting the exhibit 鈥淭ransformation Chase鈥 through Saturday, Feb. 14.

This exhibition include works by artists Pat Boas, Brendan Clenaghan, Michelle Ross and David Schell, who pursue image production as a type of transformation chase, or shape shifting – 鈥渉unting down forms of visual language where slippage between systems and chance coexist with erasure and evidence.鈥 There will be a reception with the artists from 4-7 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 21 and a closing talk at 2 p.m., Feb. 14, in the gallery.
