Returning to 小黄猫传媒

Guess what? 小黄猫传媒 is moving back to a more normalized, increasingly in-person environment for staff, faculty and students this summer. The college continues to manage COVID-19 risks with health and safety in mind with a focus on belonging, well being, and equitable student success.

小黄猫传媒鈥檚 Newberg Center (135 Werth Blvd)聽is open for summer term enrollment, marking the return of in-person courses at 小黄猫传媒鈥檚 Yamhill County facility. The center has continued serving students in remote operations throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Newberg Center will be offering 12 courses this summer, eight of which will be taught onsite beginning the week of June 27.聽The in-person offerings include for-credit art and literature classes as well as college preparatory and introductory courses in math, writing, and geography.

鈥淎lthough Newberg Center continued to offer classes online during the last two years, we also heard from members in the community how much they missed the opportunity to take classes face-to-face,鈥 said Newberg Center Director Lynn Montoya Quinn. 鈥淲e鈥檝e missed our community too and look forward to reconnecting and welcoming everyone back this summer.鈥

Located on the corner of Brutscher Street and Werth Boulevard, the Newberg Center鈥檚 doors officially reopen on June 14, two weeks before classes begin.
