Hundreds of local high school students get a taste of what С»Æ贫ý has to offer

The С»Æ贫ý Admissions Office hosted more than 400 prospective students on Friday, Nov.17 at the Sylvania Campus as part of the college’s Preview Days – an informative series of outreach events for high schoolers hosted across С»Æ贫ý’s district throughout the academic year.
The students were introduced to С»Æ贫ý’s six academic pathways and the opportunities each one provides:
- Arts, Humanities, Communication and Design
- Healthcare and Emergency Professions
- Construction, Manufacturing Tech and Transportation
- Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM)
- Business and Entrepreneurship
- Public Service, Education, Social Sciences
Preview Days are events for any high school student thinking about going to С»Æ贫ý. They learn more about academic programs, how to fulfill their college goals, spend time interacting with С»Æ贫ý faculty and staff, and better understand the financial aid and scholarship processes.
