Consent to release instructions
Step 1: Login to My小黄猫传媒
Once you are admitted to 小黄猫传媒 you will have a My小黄猫传媒 account. My小黄猫传媒 is where you can register for classes, pay or bill, access you email and where you will fill out your Consent to Release form.聽To Login to My小黄猫传媒, in the top right corner you will find the yellow My小黄猫传媒 tab that will take you to the login page. To activate your My小黄猫传媒 account click on the 鈥淔irst time user?鈥 link under the login box.
Step 2: Navigating to the consent to release form
Now that you are logged in to My小黄猫传媒, make sure that you are on the My小黄猫传媒 Home tab on the top of the page. Once you have done that you should see the 鈥淨uick Links鈥 menu on the left side of the screen. 鈥淐onsent to Release鈥 will be the fourth link under the 鈥淒on鈥檛 Wait in Line鈥 menu. Please follow the link to the Consent to Release form.
Step 3: Filling out the form
Please follow the directions below to fill out the Consent to Release form.聽You will need to add two releases, one for Hillsboro Aviation and one for the Federal Aviation Administration.
