Timely warning – crime alert – assault
Dear С»Æ贫ý Community,
This Timely Warning notifies the С»Æ贫ý community theÌýSylvania Campus Health Technology Building between 2:00–5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025, and may present an ongoing safety concern.
Timely Warnings are sent when certain crimes are reported on or near С»Æ贫ý property, in compliance withÌýthe CleryÌýAct. Timely Warnings provide information about college safety situations, and inform college community members of safety precautions to support personal safety, raise awareness, and to help prevent crime.

- REPORTED OFFENSE:ÌýAssault
- WHEN: Between 2:00–5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025
- SUSPECT:ÌýThe suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, with a slim build and short curly brown hair. He was recently clean-shaven and last seen wearing all black clothing, including a coat with a scarf, combat boots, and a silver necklace.
- DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:ÌýA С»Æ贫ý student reported that another student made inappropriate comments, touched them without consent, and placed hands around their throat without applying pressure.
