OVERVIEW OF CLASS SCHEDULE

First 15 min use as warmups( Physical) as described in class

then as a class  Vocal warmups  will be done collectively and also in small groups

Every three weeks we will perform for the class

week one.   - choose a song   

week two    - work the song selection be prepared to sing with music (track)

week three  - final performance of SONG A (chosen by the student)

week four    - choose song

week five.    - work the selection, be prepared to sing with music(track)

week six -     final performance of SONG B  (chosen by the instructor) 

week seven  choose a song

week eight    work the song selection ,be prepared to sing with music(track)

week nine -   final performance of SONG C (chosen by the student approved by the instructor)

week ten -Wednesday Nov25 deadline for song B OR C to be complete and ready for performance

MONDAY NOV 30 AT 6:30pm  IS OUR CONCERT PERFORMANCE WITH THE MUSIC DEPARTMENT at SYL 

                             ALL MUST ATTEND FOR CREDIT. PARTICIPATION IS UPON APPROVAL BY INSTRUCTOR.

                              PUBLIC INVITED.

week eleven - OUR FINAL WILL BE Wednesday DEC 9 AT 3:00PM DEMONSTRATE WARM UP TECHNIQUES AND TAKE QUIZ ON VOCAL TECHNIQUES AND TERMS 

IF SICK ........

1) wear a mask and stick to the last row in the classroom

2) If staying home send an email from your pcc.email to julianne.johnson2@pcc.edu with the word SICK in the subject box.

3) If sickness is longer than 2 classes please make arrangements with you instructor.

TRY TO COME TO CLASS: Missing  class makes a difference when the class meets only once a week. Please keep this in mind.
