Self-Paced Fitness ONLINE class is a great way to keep track of your fitness goals and activity with accountability. !50 minutes of intentional exercise in three fitness categories: cardiovascular, strength & endurance (resistance training), and mobility & flexibility will be required in each fitness / exercise log. With your instructor guidance and support, along with peer support, you will be well on your way to meeting your health & fitness goals.

There are no special technologies needed in this course. Just online computer to do D2L assignments, discussions and assessments.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
