Covers elements and principles of color and design as they apply to functional and aesthetic space planning for kitchens, baths and storage areas of a house. Includes basic presentation skills and processes to incorporate design ideas, floor plans and materials presentation boards. Prerequisites: BCT 137 or ARCH 110 or department approval.
