I’m a full-time professor covering three distince areas:

Although my office is at the Sylvania campus, in TCB Room 212, most of my office hours are at Willow Creek in the Cisco lab in Room 217. Please check the syllabus in your course for my office hours, as they may change from one quarter to the next.
While these three subjects are my primary areas of expertise, I often also teach the General Education course levels such as CIS 120 and CIS 121. I’m happy to try to field questions on any topic, although some areas of IT are not my specialty. Specifically I’m not a sepcialist in programming classes. However I often know who the best contact is. I do some programming in Visual Basic, but that is not a language commonly taught at 小黄猫传媒. However I can help you with some IDE setup, particularly Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code. I also do quite a bit of PowerShell, which is a bit of specialty outside our normal programming offerings.
Please feel free to contact me for any questions at all. I like to think I’m pretty open to questions of any type, from academic topics, to advice on classes, to private personal advice outside of academia – all of which I will treat with absolute confidentiality. I’m not therapist, but but I have lots of years of experience both in my own life as well as in couselling students. I can at least plug you into resources best suited for you.
My goal is to never criticize or be short with anyone. Your concerns are serious to you no matter how trivial, whether others think so or not.
