Service Desk: Service Request Status

小黄猫传媒 IT uses a Service Desk ticket system to record and track requests for IT services, break/fix, or problem reports. If you submit a request via email, phone call, Service Request Form, or the Kace self-service Web portal, you should receive a 小黄猫传媒 IT service desk notification email with the ticket number, ticket status, and a link back to the Web version of the ticket.

NOTE: Requests submitted via the IT Service Request Form during normal Service Desk operating hours may take up to 2 hours to appear in the Self Service Portal. Requests submitted after-hours will be processed at the beginning of the following business day.

  1. To view, 小黄猫传媒 IT service desk tickets you have submitted, go to the .
  2. Enter your My小黄猫传媒 username and password.Kace Self Service Login
  3. Leave the Organization聽field blank.
  4. Click Login.
  5. The Self Service Home page will display.
  6. A list of the last five (5) tickets you submitted, including status, will be displayed. To see all your tickets click聽View My Tickets.
  7. To view ticket details including comments, click the ticket title or number.
