Employee Permit Ordering Instructions
New employees, use the instructions below to enroll in the parking benefit through Workday before ordering your permit through the Parking Portal.The order process is not complete until ALL the steps below are completed.
For current part-time faculty who have elected their benefit, will be teaching next term, and have a current permit; please skip down to step 16.
Workday Enrollment

Select the person silhouette (step 1), then select view Profile (Step 2).

Select Benefits

Select Change Benefits

Step 5
Select Start/Stop Parking/Bus Pass

Step 6
Enter the current date

Step 7
Click Submit

Make sure you confirm the benefit. You will see this pop up as a task or an “awaiting action”

Select the “Enroll” link

Step 10
Select the parking permit benefit and click “confirm and continue”

Step 11
At the next screen, click save

You will be taken back to the page below, click review and sign

Click Submit

After clicking submit, the “submitted” page will appear. Click done

Wait three full business day

Log into the to begin the permit order process

Use the login link [computer] or person icon [smartphone] located in the upper right-hand side of the screen

Click MyС»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½ Login

Step 19
Log in with your MyС»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½ credentials. Include the @pcc.edu portion of the username

You will then be directed to log in again. Log in with your full С»ÆÃ¨´«Ã½ email

Click Get Permits and follow the instructions to complete the order form
