Student Permits

How to Order a Student Permit

  1. Register for Classes

Students must be registered and enrolled in a class before a permit can be ordered. Waitlisted and auditing students will not be eligible for a permit until they are accepted into the class.

  2. Click the Permit Link in My小黄猫传媒

On the My小黄猫传媒 homepage, select Order a Parking Permit from the Term-to-Term Checklist.

  3. Verify or Update Your Information

Verify or update your mailing address, vehicle information, license plate number, and permit type.

  4. Place Your Order

Permits are charged to your student account when the permit is mailed to you. Permits are payable with most financial aid. Speak with a financial aid advisor to see if your financial aid qualifies. Students are responsible for monitoring their My小黄猫传媒 Pay to ensure their permit is paid.

  5. Check Your Mail

Permits ordered before the start of a term are mailed according to the Student Permit Mailing Schedule. Permits ordered after the scheduled mailing date will be mailed within two business days of the order.
