About us
The Office of Planning and Construction (OPC) helps 小黄猫传媒 achieve its academic mission by providing planning, design, construction, and project management services for all of the college鈥檚 major capital projects. As stewards of public bond funding, OPC develops and revitalizes 小黄猫传媒 facilities to enrich the student experience. This work allows the college to meet the needs of current and future students, ensuring safety, security, longevity, and access for all.
Students are central to the OPC mission鈥搘hether we鈥檙e developing cutting-edge centers that provide students with hands-on training for the evolving workforce, or creating warm and welcoming environments to collaborate and showcase their work, students are the driving force behind our projects. Our team participates in each phase of this work, from visioning with stakeholders, to completing all stages of construction, including furniture planning, move-in coordination, and signage.

OPC staff oversee capital work that involves information technology, public safety, and security. These projects include planning and implementing improvements for network infrastructure, audiovisual technologies, business continuity, and electronic security.
