Qualifications
High school instructors teaching 小黄猫传媒 Dual Credit courses must meet 小黄猫传媒 instructor qualifications (or demonstrate competencies) approved through 小黄猫传媒’s faculty review process.
Instructor qualifications are reviewed collaboratively by 小黄猫传媒 academic departments and division deans to ensure Dual Credit courses maintain the same academic standards and learning outcomes as courses taught on campus.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum instructor qualifications vary by discipline and course.
Many lower-division transfer courses require:
- A master’s degree in the teaching discipline, and/or
- A master’s degree with sufficient graduate coursework in the discipline
Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses may qualify through:
- Industry experience
- Professional licensure or certifications
- Relevant education and training
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise
Qualification requirements are determined by 小黄猫传媒 academic departments and align with regional accreditation standards and college hiring practices.
