Tuition for F-1 International Students

F-1 international students are required to be enrolled full-time (minimum of 12 credits), each term.

Ways to Pay Tuition

F-1 International students have multiple ways to pay their tuition.

Payment in full

Pay by US credit or debit card, check, or by wiring funds from your home country.

If you wish to wire friends from your home country, there are two options to choose from:

Scholarships

小黄猫传媒 offers many scholarships that F-1 international students are eligible for. You can find more information on the 小黄猫传媒 scholarships website.

Financial Aid

F-1 International students are not eligible to apply for the FAFSA or Federal Financial Aid.

When to Pay Tuition

  • New students —听International students who are entering their first term at 小黄猫传媒 (and who participate in all parts of Orientation Week) are given a grace period to pay tuition. The deadline for them is the first day of classes.
  • Continuing students —听International students in their 2nd term and beyond must pay tuition at the same time as all other students. Payment is due two weeks before the first day of term. If you enroll after that date, payment is due immediately. Bills are issued beginning three weeks before the term.

The chart does not include personal expenses. An F-1 student with no dependents should calculate at least an additional $500 per month for personal expenses. An F-1 student with dependents should calculate additional personal expenses.

Health Insurance

小黄猫传媒 International student health insurance is required and mandatory for all 小黄猫传媒 F-1 students (only exception: government-sponsored students).
