Virtual Private Network (VPN)
If the GlobalProtect software is installed on your computer, you should see the globe icon in your taskbar (Windows: bottom-right, Mac: upper-right, both next to the clock) after startup. If you do not see this, click the windows icon (bottom-left corner) and type 骋濒辞产补濒笔谤辞迟别肠迟,听or, if you are on a Mac, press command + Space to open spotlight and type聽GlobalProtect.
If you cannot find the software, you can download it yourself using for 小黄猫传媒-owned Windows or Mac computers. Otherwise, please contact the IT Service Desk, and we can send the software to your computer once you have completed our Remote Access Request form and subsequent training.
