Yes to College GED® helps you earn your GED® and become a successful college student. Our program is designed to help you complete a high school credential (GED®) and to assist you with college and/or career pathway exploration. We can help you become a successful college student and to gain skills and credentials which will help you to succeed in the workforce. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Yes to College GED® program, students must:
- Be 17-20 years old
- In need of an alternative education placement
- Meet criteria for entry into GED program or be approved by your school district
- Live in a participating school district
- Portland Public Schools
- Tigard-Tualatin School District*
- Lake Oswego School District*
- Sherwood School District*
- West Linn-Wilsonville School District*
*Requires school district approval
As a contracted program, enrollment is based on available capacity. To ensure program sustainability and quality of services, enrollment may be limited when capacity is reached. С»Æ贫ý has an established process for managing enrollment during periods of high demand. For Winter 2027, enrollment will be capped and processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We will continue to work closely with our district partners throughout the school year as we refine systems and respond to student needs.
